Can products be picked up at your office?
Yes, you can pick up products from our offices in Naples, FL during our normal business hours.  For our customers outside of Naples and the surrounding areas (or those who do live in Naples and the surrounding areas but who prefer to have things shipped to them,) we offer many shipping options, including budget-friendly FREE SHIPPING for most orders over $100.00 or more (see our special offers for details).

How do I request a catalog?
In order to provide the most up to date information and products available, our catalog is only available online.  This also allows us to spend money only on the highest-quality ingredients that go into our bottles, rather spending money for expensive design and printing.
 
How much does shipping cost?
We have negotiated discounted shipping costs with FedEx. We pass those savings on to you as we interface with the FedEx website and then charge you actual shipping costs based upon where we are shipping the item to and the weight of the shipment. On average, most packages, when shipped FedEx ground, will cost less than $5.00 to ship. Because we interface with FedeEx, you will also be able to choose from a variety of shipping terms, such as Next Day Air. However, shipping is FREE on most orders over $100.00 (see our special offers for details).

Do I pay taxes on the products I buy?
If you are purchasing products from and shipping to the states of Florida or Georgia, you will be charged sales tax for many of the items purchased. For items purchased and shipped to other states, there is no sales tax charged.

Does Preferred Medical Supplements ship to Canada and other countries?
No, at this time we only ship to the United States.

How do I pay?  Is it secure?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We employ the Internet's strongest security technologies, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Your personal financial information necessary to complete your transaction is transmitted over the Internet in a safe and encrypted format using the latest security techniques.
 
What if I want to pay by check or money order?
We accept checks and money orders for orders placed over the phone through our Customer Service department.  Simply place your order with one of our customer service representatives, and we'll ship your order as soon your check or money order arrives.  This option is not available for orders placed online (no CODs.)

I have never ordered from Preferred Medical Supplements. Do I need to register in order to place an order via the website?
Yes, you need to create a FREE account the first time you place your order through the website to ensure delivery of your order to the correct location. We will not share or sell your information, or in other words, registering does not doom you to an inbox full of spam.  We love our customers, and appreciate the trust you put in us by buying your nutraceuticals and medical foods from us.  We promise that we won't betray that trust by selling your name and information. 
Registering is quick and easy, and just ensures that your billing and shipping address are in our system to expedite all of your orders in the future.  In recognition of the threat that having your personal information compromised can pose, WE DO NOT KEEP FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON FILE.  You must enter your credit card number for each transaction on our website.

How long should it take to receive my order?
It normally takes five to 10 business days after we have received your order for you to receive your shipment, if you've elected ground or parcel post for shipping.  All other shipping methods will give you an estimated shipping date when you place your order.
 
What should I do if the product I receive is damaged or lost in transit?
The responsibility for delivery in good order is the carrier’s. The customer should inspect all goods at the time of arrival. Any shortage, damage or loss which occurred during transit should be disclosed and acknowledged by the carrier.
  • For parcel post shipments, immediate notice of damage or shortage should be sent directly to Preferred Medical Supplements LLC.
  • For all other carriers the customer should:
    1. Refuse to accept any parcel showing damage. If part of a shipment is accepted, the carrier’s delivery receipt noting the refusal, together with a list of items damaged or missing, should be sent to Preferred Medical Supplements LLC immediately.
    2. If concealed damage or shortage is found after the shipment, the customer should immediately contact the transportation company to send an inspector. When concealed damage occurs, the remaining merchandise, packing material and carton must be retained by the customer for the inspection. After inspection, the delivery bill and the inspection report together with a list of damaged or missing items should be sent to Preferred Medical Supplements LLC.
  • Upon notification, Preferred Medical Supplements LLC will advise what disposition should be made of the damaged material.
  • Preferred Medical Supplements LLC will process and adjust all claims, provided the customer follows the general rules and reports shortages, damages or loss within 20 days after delivery.
  • No adjustments will be made if these general rules and time limits are not followed.
Preferred Medical Supplements LLC reserves the right to have damaged merchandise returned before credit is issued. Therefore, destruction of damaged merchandise prior to our authorization is at the customer’s risk.
